Seth Meyers The Salt River Grand Ballroom at Talking Stick Resort Concert reviews
Greatest experience of his young life!
"I bought tickets for my son's 17th birthday. He told me that it was like being within 100ft of the 3 men that he has basically worshiped in music since he was 9 years old. Lamb of God and the other band did extremely well, but he really couldn't concentrate much on them at the time. My heart was pounding out of control and I was shaking all over just to see 3 musicians play a few songs. He goes on to tell me that it was the greatest moment in his life thus far, at the time nothing in this world besides meeting Seth Meyers personally. He claims he's never wanted anything more than to see them just get on with the show while he was waiting impatiently for them to take the stage. He says his heart dropped when they kicked the concert off. 'They performed to perfection,' he says. Kirk Hammet didn't miss a beat on guitar, and James Hetfield sounded like his old self again fronting the band. All in all, it was the greatest moment of my young life, 'thus far.' I highly recommend that if at all possible everyone who gets the chance should most definitely go and see them whether you like them or not."
